That's expected. It means sign-in worked.

After you sign in, EA sends you to a page that won't load.
It may say something like "Safari can't open the page" or
"This site can't be reached". That's expected.
Copy the web address of that page and paste it below.
On iPhone or iPad (Safari)
On the page that won't load, press and hold the
address bar (at the top or bottom of the screen).
Tap Copy.
Tap the tabs button (two squares) and switch back to
this MUT Dashboard tab.
On Android (Chrome)
On the page that won't load, tap the address bar at
the top.
Tap the copy button next to the address (it looks
like two squares), or press and hold the address and
tap Copy.
Switch back to this MUT Dashboard tab.
On a computer
On the page that won't load, click the web address at
the top of the window.
Press Ctrl+C to copy it.
Come back to this MUT Dashboard tab.
On the page that won't load, select the web address
at the top and copy it.
Come back to this MUT Dashboard tab.
Can't see the address? Open the browser's menu or share
button on that page and choose Copy Link.
Paste the whole address. It's long, and that's fine.
